Purpose. To develop the methodology for choosing strategies of freight forwarding companies in situation interaction with owners as customers services. Methodology. The game-theoretical approach is used to formalize conflict between a company and cargo owner. A set services proposed by forwarders base order represent possible forwarder vector probabilities that respective are provided client. owner represented binary variable shows whether client uses or not. payoff function defined companys profit clients fee paid determine influence demand parameters on optimal strategies, transport flow requests characterized two numeric delivery distance consignment weight. Findings. conducted experimental studies have shown result use methodology, strategy can always be determined from matrix. performed simulation experiment allowed us state most cases mixed (the technological commercial should given probability while servicing owners).
